How to make a Whiskey Candle?

Whiskey scent is a choice of gentlemen. You can always order whiskey candles from the internet, but if you want to do it yourself. Here is a step-by-step guide for making whiskey-scented candles.

The raw material required creating whiskey candles:

  1. Soy wax
  2. Whiskey scented oil
  3. Glass container
  4. Glass bowl
  5. Saucepan
  6. Candlewick

The process to follow:

Heat the soy wax using the double boiler method till the wax melts properly.

Once the wax melts completely, add the whiskey essence or oil to it.

Mix it thoroughly so that it gets to every bit of the wax.

In the glass container (in which you want your candle), place the candlewick in the center and pour the mixture of melted wax and essence.

Let the container cool for about 24 hours to 48 hours, and your whiskey-scented candle would be ready.

Who can use it?

Anyone who likes the whiskey scent can use this candle in his or her bedroom or living room. Once the wick is burned, your candle will release the beautiful fragrance you have been longing for.

How does it smell like?

There is no single answer for this question as the smell of the whiskey-scented candle would be dependent on the essential oil that you have added to the candle-making process.

Depending on the essence, it can be spicy, fruity, sweet, fresh, and roasted - all fragrances seem promising.

You might want to try different smells for which you can add different types of whiskey essential oils during the making. This will help you in choosing your favorite one that you can use from the next time onwards.
